The NEOF Visitor Facility will be open to new enquiries from 1st to 31st July 2026 for projects supporting PhD students. During this consultation period, applicants will send a draft of their proposal and NEOF-VF Appendix to NEOF-VF in order to proceed with their application.
The NEOF-VF team will provide support with applications based on these drafts and issue the NEOF quote during August.
Applicants will then submit their access request for the submission deadline of 28th August 2026.
Please note that the NEOF-Visitor Facility is NOT available for new enquiries or project discussions outside of these timeframes.
The Steering Committee will review applications during September and October, with decisions expected to reach PIs early November or sooner. The reviewing of applications typically takes 2 months but can take longer during busy periods.
